QA Lead Roles
Work with Software Development to ensure the applications meet and exceed delivery requirements, technical specifications and customer expectations. Write and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios to improve software quality. Organize, prioritize and work through the QA activities and guarantee the products will be released on time. Provide test schedule, test results and test reports. Develop, update and execute test scripts primarily for black-box testing. Implement and maintain automated tracking and reporting of software defects. Automate testing scenarios to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Team Lead experience
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Testing experience with Web Servers, SQL Server Oracle
- Network Based applications Proficiency in SQL Extensive knowledge on Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Knowledge of Jira, Bugzilla or similar tracking software
- Plus: Experience with automated software testing tools like Selenium
Project Manager
This position is with the Professional Services team. Engage directly with Sales and Customers to identify, define and scope opportunities, including technical requirements and project fees
Manage delivery aspects of a client engagements, including: managing project prep, staffing, project kick-off, intermediate milestones and project close-out. Manage and maintain client satisfaction, including managing client expectations, providing regular status updates and ensuring overall project quality. Manage financial aspects of a client engagement, including overall project profitability, time and expense monitoring and invoice/billing, as required
Manage client and resource escalations, identify core issues and drive resolution at client site. PMP/Prince a distinct advantage.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/risks when appropriate
- Ability to manage IT projects that are high in complexity, size, and scope
- Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools and the software development life cycles including both Waterfall and Agile methods and integration between them
- Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project
- Ability to utilize extensive project management experience to act as the team’s primary interface between IT and the business sectors
- Ability to manage project issues, conflicts, risks, and deliver projects within budget and scope
- Ability to negotiate and deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicable
Business Analyst
- The ideal BA candidate will meet with business customers, gather business requirements, develop business documentation and system tests, support QA testing, and assist in implementation of business/technical solutions through application of the appropriate software development life cycle methodology
- The Business Analyst will interact with business representatives to gain an understanding of the business environment and gather requirements
- This position will act as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups to identify business process and product requirements; research, identify, and design solutions to business problems
- The selected candidate will analyze business and user needs and document specifications to meet those needs
- Conduct user testing to ensure proper functionality prior to implementation as well as consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- The Analyst will work as part of the Business Analyst Team to develop and refine internal BA processes and standards for the group
- The Analyst will work with the business to refine and re-engineer business processes where needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of BA experience
- Knowledge of UML Modelling
- Analyzes business processes/functions skills
- Ability to gather detailed business requirements Accurately document business requirements/functions
- Demonstrate very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interact well with business users/technical team/project managers/senior management/vendors
- Act as a liaison between the Developer and business user
- Demonstrate the ability to resolve problems
- Must be very detail oriented
- Must have extensive experience working under a structured SDLC
- Must have experience with Use Case design, analysis, and specifications
- Must be able to develop and execute system test plans
- Must be able to analyze and document system defects

Solution Architect
The Solution Architect is a customer facing role, aimed at providing customers with in depth support on the implementation and configuration of Enterprise Level applications.
- Taking key delivery roles in company projects, Enterprise products
- Is able to convey ideas and concepts in a concise and clear way
- Specify, deliver, install, and configure the products according to the requirements and specifications developed
- Creating a detailed requirement document for Technical Resources to proceed with further development
- Assisting with pre-sales/sales on sizing efforts/estimations
Job Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience with integration techniques, software development, Scripting and enterprise databases
- Thorough knowledge of the following is desirable
o Enterprise Middleware Platforms
o Development processes and languages such as Java, .NET
o Scripting languages such as PHP and JavaScript
o Windows Server, Windows XP, Linux, Unix
o Familiarity with JBoss and Apache, enterprise scale applications and corporate IT policies/practices
